From our office in Morley, Leeds, Heritage Wealth Solutions can provide individuals and businesses based in Halifax with honest, transparent and expert financial advice.
Delivered by a specialist team that has decades of industry experience, our wide-ranging services are specifically designed to act on the unique needs of everyone that we deal with.
Talking about this, Andrew Dodd, our Managing Director, says:
“Strong client relationships are extremely important to everyone here at Heritage. We pride ourselves on not only being open with them, but also fully understanding their requirements.
“My company partner Claire and I have advised a variety of people on their finances over the years, and it really is great to see what an impact both of us can actually have.”
How we can help Halifax residents
Though our job largely varies depending on what clients require us for, Heritage’s brief role is to ensure that those we work with fully understand and know how to make the most out of their money.
As we completely understand that some Halifax-based customers cannot travel to our office to meet, we can present our advice during home visits, and are more than happy to do so.
Whenever or wherever our appointments take place, below is a small sample of the services that Heritage specialise in:
- Cashflow modelling: As mentioned, our main job is to help people manage their money. On top of doing this, Heritage also construct a detailed plan for future use.
- Pensions: Sadly, many nearing retirement are faced with worries that they will not be able to fund their ambitions in later life. We do whatever we can to guarantee that this does not become a reality.
- Investments: No one should invest in something that they do not fully know. Fortunately, Heritage’s Investment Committee is more than capable of guiding clients through the process.
- Portfolio management: The structure of an investment portfolio needs to match up to the needs of its owner. With our support, we can increase the likelihood of customers achieving their long term goals.
What is the Halifax economy like?
In addition to having close ties to the aptly named Halifax bank, the town also has strong associations with confectionary – Mackintosh’s Toffee originally made Quality Street and Rolo there.
As for Halifax’s current financial situation, the Calderdale economy received a helping hand in summer 2015 thanks to the ‘Tour de Yorkshire’. Some predicted that the event brought as much as £10 million to the area.
